1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TRAVVCO website (travvco.com) or our corporate travel management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.

2. Services Description

TRAVVCO provides corporate travel management services including, but not limited to:

• Domestic and international flight booking
• Hotel reservations and accommodation management
• Train and bus ticketing
• Airport transfer coordination
• Visa assistance and documentation support
• Group travel management
• MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) services
• Travel policy management and expense optimization consulting

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. TRAVVCO acts as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate traveler information, including names as they appear on identification documents, travel dates, and destination details. TRAVVCO is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by clients.

3.3 Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from TRAVVCO. Verbal commitments or preliminary inquiries do not constitute confirmed bookings.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation and modification policies are governed by the terms of the respective travel service providers (airlines, hotels, railways, etc.). TRAVVCO will communicate applicable cancellation fees to clients at the time of booking.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
• Refund timelines depend on the policies of individual service providers
• TRAVVCO service fees are non-refundable once services are rendered
• Force majeure situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements with corporate clients
• Standard payment terms for corporate accounts: Net 15 days from invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in client agreements
• TRAVVCO reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change based on availability and service provider rates

6. Limitation of Liability

TRAVVCO acts as a travel management intermediary. We are not liable for:

• Actions, failures, or negligence of third-party travel service providers
• Flight delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by airlines or weather
• Visa denials or processing delays by government authorities
• Loss of baggage or personal belongings during travel
• Injury, illness, or death during travel unless directly caused by our negligence
• Losses arising from force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest)
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

TRAVVCO's maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total service fees paid by the client for the specific booking in question.

7. Travel Documentation

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all travelers have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. TRAVVCO provides visa assistance as a support service but does not guarantee visa approval by government authorities.

8. Travel Insurance

TRAVVCO strongly recommends that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance. While we can assist in arranging travel insurance, the responsibility for adequate coverage rests with the traveler and their organization.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the TRAVVCO website, including text, graphics, logos, and service names, is the intellectual property of TRAVVCO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Confidentiality

TRAVVCO treats all client business information, travel data, and financial information as confidential. We will not disclose such information to third parties except as required to provide services or as required by law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings held in India.
